Common Questions

  • Do I need to help with the event?
    No. Our game coach(s) stay and run the whole event including set up and tear down. You are completely hands off for the full 2 hours.
  • What type events can we have laser tag at?
    We have done birthdays, festivals, overnight lock-ins, graduations, job events (such a team building), family reunions/BBQs, school events, youth sports events, church events, and daycare.
  • Can you play in the daytime?
    Yes. Our equipment can be played in daylight perfectly fine.
  • What age can play laser tag?
    All ages! We recommend 6 years old's all the way to senior citizens. Everyone has loved this.
  • How big of a area do we need to have to play?
    We recommend 100 ft x 100ft. So roughly, a 1/4 acre. We can do smaller, but full course may not have all bunkers set up. Send us a email every place is different. We can make almost any space work.
  • Can my deposit be refunded?
    Yes, ONLY if it is weather related. We do encourage to reschedule the event. (We can hold the deposit for how ever long needed) The deposit can be transferred to another day.
  • How early do we come to set up?
    Depending on package, we normally arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to event. But that is based on package and/or party location.
  • How far do you travel?
    We service all cities within Galveston, Brazoria, Harris and Fort Bend. ***We can travel further, but there will be a travel fee.***
  • Can we book on holiday?
    Yes, based on occasion and time. We will need more info.
  • Is our equipment water proof?
    No. We can not play if it is raining.
  • Can this be played inside?
    Yes! We've played inside churches, gymnasiums, schools, even restaurants ( Team Building events before establishment opened )
  • Do you offer smaller packages?
    Yes, but only WITHIN 15 miles of Santa Fe, TX. 1 hour, 12 taggers, 6 pop up camo tents only. $250 (this package can NOT have time added)
  • Adding Time To Your Birthday Party?
    Yes, Depending On Our Schedule. It's Best To Book Extra Time Before The event. But Some Cases We Can Add Time The Day Of The Event Depending On Our Schedule. For Additional Cost.
